Occupational Therapy
Pediatric occupational therapy helps children develop age-appropriate goals through the use of self-help, play, and learning skills. Activities include daily living skills, play activities, sensory integration skills, visual motor skills and fine motor activities.
We provide direct occupational services on a one to one basis to children with a variety of diagnoses, including Autism, Downs Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Developmental Delay, Spina Bifida, and mental retardation. At Pediatric Plus, we use state of the art occupational therapy equipment to aid our therapists to deliver the most current therapy techniques available.
Often times ongoing physical therapy intervention is needed. We provide continuing education and training for families to enhance their child's functional abilities.
